Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma.
  • Relevant certifications and professional memberships.
  • Minimum Grade 12 with law-related qualification.
  • Experience in compliance management in financial services.
  • L&D or training equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Train the Trainer accreditation advantageous.
  • Registered assessor status advantageous.
  • 1-2 years training experience, 3-5 years financial services experience.
  • Experience with reporting and administration.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning material/content.
  • Facilitate high-quality learning interventions.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skills Gap Analysis (SGA).
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions.
  • Plan and conduct onboarding and training for new employees.
  • Ensure successful management of assigned projects.
  • Compile and analyze training-related data for reporting.
  • Partner with SDF to identify funding opportunities.
