Senior Product Manager, eCommerce AI Platform

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS eCommerce platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in building and launching products.
• Strong understanding of existing eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and the eCommerce industry.
• Experience with user experience design principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with engineers, designers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for AI sales concierge product, from concept through launch and iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and powerful tools that power AI shopping.
• Conduct thorough market and user research to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the AI sales concierge.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously refine and enhance the product.
• Develop and execute strategies to differentiate AI sales concierge in the competitive landscape of AI sales agents.
