• Conduct comprehensive background checks and research arrest records for clients.
• Accurately document and organize findings in a clear and accessible manner.
• Ensure all research is completed in a timely fashion before scheduled appointments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify data as needed.
