Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) maintenance.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly cash reconciliations and month-end financial statements.
• Manage and process sales commissions accurately using NetSuite.
• Utilize NetSuite for all accounting functions ensuring data integrity.
• Work closely with the Sales team to track budget versus actual performance.
