Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience working with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of API testing tools.
• 2+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills including technical writing.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with ecommerce and/or logistics SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside a dedicated integration scrum team in the delivery of multiple integrations.
• Assist the Product Owner with requirement elicitation and stakeholder expectation management.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and the scrum team to ensure timely development of integrations that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Develop relationships with partners to enhance integrations.
• Identify and analyze business needs and goals.
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and provide recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.
• Lead refinement sessions and participate in Agile ceremonies.
