Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources; Employee Relations experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in US employment law to identify potential legal risks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting complex internal investigations, including key parties identification and risk reporting.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure and handle sensitive issues.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills with all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated excellence in influencing skills and conflict resolution.
  • Strong leadership skills, including composure and command presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-risk and complex investigations to resolve ER claims for Old Navy Field client group.
  • Assess investigation findings and recommend solutions that positively impact brand health and culture.
  • Partner with business partners and HR on consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching to business partners on employee-related matters to enhance employee experience.
