Requirements:

• Prior relevant clinical experience involving medical record review, medical claims, or quality assurance experience desired.
• Prior experience with Peer Review and/or Case Management preferred.
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required.

Responsibilities:

• Review abstracted medical records.
• Extract electronic medical record data including histories and health-related information.
• Create a clinical summary for physician use.
• Enter treatment guidelines per jurisdiction, requestor, and treatment type.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
