  • Maximize customer return on investment by overseeing onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Drive timely adoption and ensure measurable customer satisfaction with the services.
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders to leverage solutions for business value.
  • Act as first line of defense for customer support requests and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication about Unit 42 offerings and updates.
  • Advocate for customer needs in product roadmap decisions.
  • Manage performance metrics such as CSAT and Renewal Rate, identify risks to customer goals.
