Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience with a bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote).

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and conducting user acceptance testing for claim processing software.
• Working with the internal team to debug and fix support problems for claim processing software.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings and collaboration sessions.
• Coordinating program status meetings and resolving issues proactively.
• Managing project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Tracking utility and energy efficiency trends impacting CFS programs.
