Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in project focus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote).
• Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and conducting user acceptance testing for claim processing software.
• Working with the internal team to debug, document, and fix support problems for claim processing software.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings and collaboration sessions.
• Coordinating program status meetings and resolving issues proactively.
• Managing project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Facilitating progress of multiple tasks and communicating updates to management and clients.
• Tracking utility and energy efficiency trends affecting CFS programs.
• Contributing to the strategy and design of new programs.
