Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition for $1M+ accounts.
  • Manage the sales process, including positioning, presenting, demoing the product, and closing sales.
  • Act as territory owner and subject matter expert.
  • Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting as well as inbound leads.
  • Identify client needs and cultivate effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate resources for implementation.
  • Provide eCommerce industry information to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a CRM with effective lead management and detailed sales notes.
  • Communicate with management to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales improvements.
  • Engage with the BigCommerce Partner Ecosystem and Sales Engineering team.
