Responsibilities:
  • Drive efficient liquidation of properties in the company’s REO portfolio.
  • Facilitate evictions and ensure REO properties are in marketable condition.
  • Manage and direct the activities of the REO team.
  • Respond to and abate property violations.
  • Oversee the gathering of bids, negotiate contracts/agreements, and manage timelines for all projects to facilitate strict adherence to marketing timelines.
  • Track expenses and prepare monthly reports for every asset.
  • Negotiate purchase offers for REO properties within delegated authority.
  • Conduct second review of ARC Case Submissions and submit to ARC once finalized.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
