Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in product management within supply/seller tools, e-commerce domains, and marketplaces.
• Familiarity with continuous product discovery techniques, including customer interviews and problem root cause analysis.
• Proficient with product development processes, especially agile methodologies, and capable of iterating, testing, and learning.
• Experience with prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) for decision-making.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in software enabling understanding of technical decisions.
• Ability to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a collaborative and agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities & problems to improve our seller experience, estimating potential impacts on company metrics and consumer trust.
• Define and prioritize solutions that enhance our unique selling proposition and improve seller experience, collaborating with engineers on technical decisions.
• Drive the execution of prioritized initiatives by closely working with Engineers, Designers, and other squad members for timely delivery.
• Continuously monitor key metrics related to the squad and leverage insights for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with partner squads, supply department members, and other business stakeholders to develop the product strategy.
