Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing in the Gaming industry.
• Good knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and techniques, including experience using online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
• Experience in sourcing in EU and/or USA.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Sufficient communication skills in English are a must.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with Gaming industry trends and developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions within the gaming vertical.
• Use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
• Manage the recruitment process for open positions, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and use this knowledge to improve the talent acquisition process.
• Support recruiters, team leads, and business stakeholders with any related TA activities.
