Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly within the Gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the Gaming industry, including the latest trends and innovations.
• Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
• Strong sales and marketing skills to market the company and attract top talent.
• Upper intermediate level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain top talent in the Gaming market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate job offers with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers on salary and benefits packages.
• Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
