Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers on salary and benefits packages.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
