Requirements:

Fluent in German (near-native level) and English, additional European languages are a plus
Self-assured in interacting with people over phone and email
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is advantageous

Prepare presentations (Pitches) for the Sales Teams
Evaluate leads for quality and pass them to the Sales Teams
Support Sales Teams with benchmark and gap analyses, and publisher recommendations
Assist with RFPs
Manage and edit Sales documents
Handle administrative tasks and prioritize effectively
Help improve quality and efficiency of the Sales Teams
