Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven years direct sales experience, preferably in the employee benefits or Healthcare/Insurance industry with established broker relationships.
• Three years leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals.
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting, products, services, and healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Clean DMV record.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state insurance license within six months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and evaluate Regional sales and service teams.
• Lead and coach Market Directors, Business Development Managers, and Client Managers.
• Guide team in developing strategic business plans for account growth.
• Help cultivate business relationships with clients and prospective clients.
• Educate customers on industry trends.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and clients.
• Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries and records.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
