Requirements:

Required Education Level: Masters Degree or higher in Nursing.
Licensure: Must have CT-Connecticut license and DEA, valid CRNP/APRN and RN license.
Board Certification: PMHNP-BC required.
At least one year of experience in psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.
Experience in telehealth, various psychotherapy modalities, and electronic health records software.
Skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis management, and stress management.

Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans.
Provide psychotherapy practices leveraging various modalities and prescribing appropriate medications.
Counsel diverse patient populations via telehealth and maintain a weekly patient average.
Coach patients on ongoing health conditions and provide crisis intervention.
Document session notes promptly and participate in supervision groups and trainings.
