• 2-5 years of experience in M&A, with a strong emphasis on post-merger integration.
• Proven ability to manage small-to-mid-sized deals with companies having $10M+ revenue and 30+ employees.
• Extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing senior leadership.
• Excellent decision-making skills for prioritizing tasks and mitigating risks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during integration phases.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and cultural awareness.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus; experience with Asana or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Integration and Due Diligence: Own the entire due diligence and integration lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution.
• Playbook Ownership: Develop and enhance the M&A due diligence and integration playbook.
• Project Management: Oversee cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables, aligning efforts with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders in various departments to drive seamless integration.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine integration processes with each acquisition for efficiency.
• Agile Approach: Adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
