Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, focusing on web-based applications and data validation.
• Proficient in test management tools and test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and JAWS.
• Skilled in defining quality control standards and maintaining reliability programs aligned with industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and data engineers to understand project requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases for the Medallia platform.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Medallia survey forms and feedback mechanisms to ensure platform performance.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer feedback data to ensure alignment with client business requirements.
• Identify, report, and resolve defects and inconsistencies in Medallia survey data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for repetitive test cases to improve testing efficiency.
• Stay current with Medallia platform enhancements and QA best practices.
• Ensure that updates to the Medallia platform do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and processes for audit and reference.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
