Requirements:

Extremely organised with high attention to detail.
3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar, ideally focused on content, events, or webinars.
Skilled at managing remote teams and handling client communication, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in B2B marketing.
HubSpot familiarity is a plus.
B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for 3-5 clients, ensuring smooth and responsive communication.
Brief and delegate tasks to your pod, including a copywriter, designer, and marketing assistant.
Engage in execution alongside the team to ensure strategies come to life effectively.
Review and provide feedback on completed work from pod members, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy.
Support the day-to-day execution of client marketing strategies.
Report and analyze campaign performance to refine future strategies.
Collaborate with the Strategist to adjust and enhance client strategies as needed.
