Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing M&A teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence processes, financial modeling, company valuation, and risk analysis.
• Expertise in contractual and legal aspects of M&A.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute M&A strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Research and analyze the market to identify companies and technologies that align with strategic growth goals.
• Lead due diligence, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Negotiate M&A agreements with understanding of legal aspects.
• Establish relationships with potential partners and secure favorable deal terms.
• Oversee the integration of acquisitions, ensuring operational alignment.
• Serve as a key point of contact across departments.
• Monitor performance of acquired assets to meet strategic objectives.
• Recruit and manage a team focused on strategic acquisition goals.
