Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry.
  • Strong focus on business development and account management of B2B companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market including B2B travel networks.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Up to 40% travel time may be required.
  • Proven analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Personal skills must include being proactive, ambitious, motivated, and results-focused.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory.
  • Approach and sign up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and provide them with extended training of our system.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new partners.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals with partners including document flow and technical setup.
  • Manage accounts until the first purchase is made and ensure compliance with commercial conditions.
  • Spend approximately 40% of working time on business trips.
  • Provide market and competitive analysis and report regularly through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.
