Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related discipline is essential.
• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Ideally, 3+ years of SaaS Software Marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and growth experimentation.
• Experience in T&L SaaS products is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies across all channels to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns for high-performing marketing channels including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Oversee execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Leverage data analytics to assess performance and optimize campaigns, conducting A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
• Focus on inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
• Help shape marketing narrative and brand story across platforms.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and technologies in SaaS and hospitality industries.
