Requirements:

• 5+ professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on People operations, data management, and process engineering.
• Advanced knowledge in Workday or comparable HRIS.
• Sound understanding of the employee lifecycle and related HR processes.
• Solid experience in process engineering with the ability to optimize workflows.
• Strong business acumen and engaging communication with key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple topics, work independently, and stay organized.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Leading data quality initiatives for People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Conducting audits and data cleaning for HR systems, primarily Workday.
• Implementing organizational changes and ensuring system transitions in collaboration with other teams.
• Owning process improvement projects focused on HRIS, documentation, and stakeholder enablement.
• Contributing to post-merger integration HR activities and special projects.
• Supporting day-to-day operational processes including employment contracts and HRIS data entry.
