Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 + years of proven sales experience.
  • Understanding of educational pedagogy and LMS, AMS, and edtech SaaS sales is advantageous.
  • Experience selling enterprise-level software and SaaS.
  • Experience engaging with 'C' level and above.
  • Excellent strategic and consultative sales skills.
  • Proficient in needs analysis and proposal development.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%.
Responsibilities:
  • Sell Canvas, MasteryConnect, LearnPlatform, and additional services in assigned territory.
  • Seek new clients while upselling/cross-selling to existing accounts.
  • Provide insights to help prospects evaluate solutions.
  • Tailor messaging for prospective clients.
  • Guide clients through the purchasing process to meet timelines.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual performance accurately.
  • Develop strategies to increase client pipeline.
  • Build relationships with key buyers in districts.
  • Meet/exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Partner with Regional Directors and clients to build market share.
  • Log account information into Salesforce CRM promptly.
