Requirements:

3-5 years of AR, Cash Allocations, and Collections experience.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or finance.
Proficiency in Excel required.
Detail oriented with strong analytical, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Proficient in English.
Required to work US office hours.

Responsibilities:

Pull daily bank statements to conduct cash allocation transactions.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
Perform daily and weekly settlement runs for direct debits and customer refunds.
Review US collections portfolio to ensure compliance with company terms.
Recommend credit holds or collections agency actions as necessary.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage delinquent accounts.
Coordinate with the Billing Team for credit memos as needed.
Troubleshoot collection payment issues and communicate with customers.
