Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily tasks and deadlines associated with the Raw Material Approval Process.
  • Create and maintain records for all raw materials and packaging items in NetSuite.
  • Create and maintain Procurement records to ensure full visibility to all necessary teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic sourcing process.
  • Assist in optimizing the annual contracting strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Materials Planning team.
  • Support ingredient selection within new product development.
  • Partner with the Sustainability Manager on initiatives.
  • Contribute to and present Procurement KPIs.
  • Work with the accounting team for timely vendor payments.
  • Conduct periodic risk reviews on key suppliers.
