Requirements:

• High School diploma required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is required.
• Some experience in conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required.
• Proficiency in sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Professional demeanor while representing the company.

Responsibilities:

• Review and post job adverts on job boards to attract candidates.
• Process applications in a timely manner.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Initiate communication and build relationships with candidates.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Keep accurate records in ATS or relevant databases.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to sourcing.
• Promote employer brand and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Engage with diverse candidates to enhance inclusivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement in sourcing.
