Requirements:

• 6-10+ years of success in Technology Sales/Enterprise Software/Government Sales.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing teams with year-over-year quota attainment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a complex sales environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS, IoT, and UAV technologies.
• Experience in consultative sales with long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective sales strategies for territories, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, hire, and inspire a team of Key Account Leaders, maximizing their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Establish performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability.
• Partner with marketing to create sales enablement materials.
• Act as the voice of the customer for product development.
