Requirements:

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in clinical or high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of supply/demand models and partner with internal operations for hiring forecasts.
• Demonstrated agility in making data-informed decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and reporting.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.
• Design and implement strategies to attract diverse clinical and coaching talent.
• Use data and analytics to measure and optimize recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and People teams for anticipating recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical providers through multiple sourcing channels.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and enhance candidate experience.
• Adapt to changing business needs while focusing on long-term objectives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligning with Headspace’s brand.
