Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused role, field market, or business-to-business.
  • Proficient in sales technologies such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and develop account relationships.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the last 3 years.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle or willingness to obtain one for work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales, distribution, and merchandising for select strategic account partners within a designated geography.
  • Execute company initiatives including promotions and inventory management for strategic account partners.
  • Sell and execute on the 4Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, and product to strategic accounts and adult nicotine consumers.
  • Develop strategic account strategies and business plans for territory objectives.
  • Consult and advise store and market-level chain management on category management and business analytics.
  • Innovate ways to improve strategic account performance using data analysis and brand marketing.
  • Utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key business metrics.
  • Grow leadership potential through training and impactful experiences.
