Requirements:

• Passion for customer care and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Desire to learn payroll, with or without previous experience.
• Articulate and concise in both written and verbal communication.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn different software.
• Ability to shift between tasks with ease.
• Ability to type 60+ words per minute.
• Availability for in-person training from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers using payroll software.
• Research solutions for challenging client problems and provide assistance with deductions and garnishments.
• Help clients integrate and utilize the payroll software effectively.
• Work focused hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
