Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-3 years relevant work experience with proven experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to read and interpret contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interfacing with various organizational levels.
• Experience working on a global team with flexibility for time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Engage directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances through negotiation.
• Escalate critical collections issues to management and C-Suite.
• Prepare professional reports including accounts receivable aging and cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with executives to provide insights into receivables status and risks.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and collaborate on process improvements.
