Scaling and optimising operations for KYC onboarding and screening teams in the UK and Germany.
Monitoring performance of acquisition funnels through KPIs.
Creating dashboards to analyze operational performance and identifying improvement areas.
Collaborating with teams to solve problems effectively.
Acting as a link between KYC operational and product teams to mitigate risks.
Managing vendor relations during incidents.
Building and advocating for scalable processes.
Delivering non-technical projects while coordinating with product and marketing teams.
Using Excel and visualisation tools for data insights.
