Requirements:

• A Matric Certificate or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment.
• Previous experience in the ISP industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Proficiency in CRM software is required.
• Prior experience in inbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous.
• Active listening skills are imperative.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the front-of-house and first point of contact for customers.
• Handle queries from existing customers regarding changes to their products, including upgrades and downgrades.
• Leverage persuasive communication skills to find suitable solutions for customer needs.
• Convert inquiries into satisfied customers.
• Assist new customers and handle inbound sales tickets and queries.
• Log new tickets and follow up on existing ones, ensuring data accuracy.
• Document customer information, interactions, and sales details in CRM.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
