Requirements:
  • Experience in digital healthcare, particularly with hospitals or health systems.
  • Five years of experience in full-cycle strategic enterprise account management.
  • Experience working within a software as a service (SaaS) company.
  • Experience in a high growth and/or ambiguous environment.
  • Proven track record in maintaining and growing customer relationships.
  • Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new customers based on their needs.
  • Drive retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support product roadmap development based on customer feedback.
  • Build opportunity assessments to ensure valuable product features are developed.
  • Mentor Strategic Account Manager teammates.
