Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or related certification.
• Around 4-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and mold prints.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to grow accounts and expand market share.
• Provide sales forecasts and updates to management.
• Advise customers on improving productivity using injection molding technologies.
• Differentiate DME and Mold-Masters from competitors during sales calls.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
