• Good communication skills.

• Knowledge of HTML for emails and Liquid template language.
• Knowledge of Whatsapp and SMS strategy is a plus.
• English is a must, Spanish is a plus.

• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Enjoys working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the Martech team to implement best practices and maximize the usage of the Braze account.
• Optimize the tool's use and support the assessment and implementation of new technologies.
• Operate Braze as a specialist to enable the marketing team to execute high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with access, training, and optimization.
