• Proven experience working with enterprise clients in Switzerland.

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry at mid-level or senior engineering level.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Demonstrate empathy with customers and identify their challenges quickly.
• Fundamental understanding of Internet workings, specifically TCP/UDP differences and DNS types.
• Understanding customer buying decisions and knowledge of competitive landscape in relevant areas.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
