Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare payer, provider, or services spaces.
• Demonstrated success in business development and contract negotiations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% and work flexible hours.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a market development strategy for a robust network.
• Identify and formalize relationships with high-value provider organizations.
• Build and lead the Network Development team, mentoring junior members.
• Serve as key contact for payer and provider partnerships, enhancing engagement.
• Provide strategic analysis on impact using data insights and outcomes.
• Act as an advocate for client needs within the organization.
