Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a (Channel) Sales Engineer, preferably at a SaaS vendor.
  • Experience working at a channel partner.
  • Deep experience with enterprise technology.
  • Experience with sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to channel partners, ensuring they have the technical resources and assistance needed to succeed.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and reach of the partnerships team.
  • Enable partners to drive sales effectively by delivering targeted training and support.
  • Prepare the partnerships department for scaling by developing scalable processes, documentation, and training materials.
  • Onboard partners for sales engineering topics and actively communicate enablement topics.
  • Support ongoing enablement efforts to keep partners up-to-date with the latest product developments.
  • Coordinate closely with the partnerships team and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct recurring enablement sessions and webinars for partners.
  • Demo products and support during deals to communicate the value of our solutions.
