Requirements:

• Proficiency in Animation Software, particularly tools like Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong Understanding of Animation Principles such as timing, weight, anticipation, and follow-through.
• Rigging and Skinning Skills with experience in building flexible rigs and applying skinning techniques.
• Experience with Motion Capture systems and data cleanup.
• Collaborative and Adaptive Mindset for working closely with artists, developers, and designers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Game Design, Digital Media, or related field, with equivalent experience considered.
• Specialized training or certifications in character animation, rigging, or visual storytelling are advantageous.
• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, demonstrated by a portfolio of high-quality animations.
• Experience in animations for games, AR/VR, or interactive media is a plus.
• Familiarity with real-time rendering engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is beneficial.
