Responsibilities:
  • Create and configure customer websites using third-party software.
  • Solve routine issues for customer accounts and ensure effective communication.
  • Test and audit configured software for proper functioning.
  • Work with Implementation Specialist to learn quality assurance and assist in development.
  • Manage relationships with account teams, carriers, vendors, and customers.
  • Provide support through root cause analysis.
  • Perform quality assurance on site builds and review findings.
  • Anticipate and respond to customer support questions.
  • Participate in customer meetings as needed.
