Requirements:

  • Passion for and understanding of computing education or STEM education.

  • Experience and understanding of the Kenyan education system with strong networks.
  • Good data and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the Foundation's strategy and priorities for advancing our mission in Kenya, addressing both formal education and non-formal learning.
  • Coordinate the establishment of Raspberry Pi Foundation operations in Kenya including entity, finance and governance set up.
  • Engage with the education ecosystem to influence computing education policy.
  • Develop strategies to increase the reach and impact of the Foundation's products in Kenya.
  • Manage the delivery of programmes and partnerships in Kenya, ensuring target outcomes are achieved.
  • Support M&E plans, using data and feedback for quality and improvement.
  • Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and safeguarding commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve products.
  • Build and manage a skilled team.
  • Manage Kenya budget effectively.
  • Report on progress to key funders.
  • Represent the Raspberry Pi Foundation externally.
