Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dispatcher role, particularly in towing or roadside assistance, is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
• Knowledge of road networks and local geography is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers requiring towing services.
• Collect relevant information from customers, including vehicle details, location, and service needs.
• Utilize dispatch software to log service requests and track status updates.
• Dispatch tow trucks and service personnel based on customer needs and availability.
• Monitor the progress of dispatched services to ensure timely response and completion.
• Communicate estimated arrival times and updates to customers.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, service requests, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with towing personnel and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
