Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with XERO is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Australian tax and payroll regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing financial processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and complete regular reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) quarterly.
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation.
• Handle Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) transactions.
• Generate monthly financial reports and contribute to budget forecasts.
