Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B (SaaS) sales, preferably in HR tech or similar IT products.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and pitching skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain SaaS products, software integrations, APIs, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficient in tracking sales pipelines and reporting KPIs.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
  • Ability to work within a team towards shared objectives.
  • High level of autonomy with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong command of Google Suite and CRM systems.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate leads and identify businesses interested in HRM/CRM solutions.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and maintain ongoing client communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver system demos and presentations, providing continuous client support and guidance.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in HR/tech industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop growth strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and new markets, aligning sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our HRM/ERP products and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with marketing to understand customer needs and tailor messaging to specific audiences.
