Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience in software product management required.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to analyze data and drive product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the ongoing development of the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
• Skillfully gather and analyze data for product solutions and document workflows for clear cross-functional communication.
• Drive discovery activities with users and teams to create solutions that deliver value.
• Ensure high-quality work and maintain urgency in response to business dynamics.
• Support the Production Support team in analyzing and resolving escalated issues.
