Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Sales or as an Account Executive, preferably with a focus on self-prospected deals.
• Proven experience in conducting and closing sales calls with B2B clients.
• Skilled in managing complex sales cycles end-to-end in a competitive, target-driven environment.
• Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure while handling high volumes of outreach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in cold-calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and industry conferences to identify and qualify new leads.
• Drive the sales cycle by actively prospecting leads, guiding them through the sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with an uncapped commission structure.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to provide aligned staffing solutions and maintain transparent communication.
• Present tailored solutions to prospects based on their challenges, focusing on how services meet their needs.
• Work closely with the client success team to address concerns and enhance service delivery.
